Anthony Raymond Rodi, Jr., of Columbia, Mississippi, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at the age of 61. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to Shirley and Anthony Rodi, Sr. and has been a resident of Mississippi for the past eight years. Anthony worked as a machinist and truck driver with his son, daughter-in-law, and grandson at Columbia Diesel. Known as a hard worker, he has also made a living as a welder-fabricator and a commercial fisherman. Anthony lived life to the fullest and was the life of the party. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, hunting, and was a gun enthusiast. Anthony will be remembered for his big heart and how he loved helping anyone with a need.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Nicole Rodi. Anthony is survived by his son, Brandon Rodi (Traci); three grandchildren, Patrick Bullen (Kaytlyn), Jonah Rodi, and Katie Mazer (Warren); and two great-grandchildren, Eli Bullen and Natalie Bullen.
There will be funeral service for Anthony at Colonial Funeral Home on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 12:00pm. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00am until service time.
