Bonnie Patricia Frazier

Bonnie Patricia Frazier, age 83 passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at her residence in Columbia, MS. She was a native of New Roads, LA and worked as an administrative assistant and bookkeeper for various businesses including Green Oaks Memorial Park in Baton Rouge, LA. Bonnie was well organized and kept meticulous notes in every aspect of her life, setting the example for her family. She enjoyed cultivating flower gardens in her yard and was an avid animal lover, especially her cats. Bonnie was of the Baptist faith and often loved to cook good ole southern meals for her family to enjoy.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, James Roy Sanders and Elaine Brown Sanders; sisters, Helen Sanders, Nora Sanders, Paula Speights, Sue Jarreau, and two infant sisters; and brothers, William Roy Sanders, James Keith Sanders, Larry Sanders, George Sanders, Hall Sanders, and Sammy Sanders. She is survived by her daughter, Christi Jarreau of Florence, MS; sons, Brian Jarreau of Pride, LA, and Todd Jarreau of Baton Rouge, LA; a granddaughter, Sydney Viguet; three great-grandchildren, Luke Thomas, River Thomas, and Cade Thomas; and close friends, Barbara Pittman, and Wesley Sylvest, both of Columbia.

Bonnie’s life will be celebrated with a private family gathering in Louisiana.
