Funeral services will be held Wednesday September 5, 2012 in the chapel of Colonial Funeral Home in Columbia, Ms. at 10am for Mr. Everett Lamar Mills age 83 of Columbia who passed away Sunday Sept. 2, 2012 at Franklin County Memorial Hospital in Meadville, Ms, Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery and visitation will be Tuesday Sept, 4, 2012 at the funeral home 5pm untill 9pm. Rev. Randy Gardner will officiate the services on Wednesday, Bro. Jim Lott will sing and Mrs. Judy Miller will be the organist. Mr. Mills was a self employed commercial painter and a member of North Columbia Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his wife Edna Louise Regan Mills, parents John & Pearlie Anderson Mills, three sisters Viola Broom, Ada Mae Draughn, Oneida Nobles, 2 brothers LLoyd & Lester Mills. He is survived by a son Michael Mills(Rachel) of Columbia, a brother Lawrence Mills of Columbia 2 grandchildren Adam Mills(Sherry) and Kevin Mills all of Columbia and 2 great grandchildren.
