Jeremy O'Neil Vines

Jeremy O'Neil Vines, born on October 17, 1971, in Houston, TX, passed away on January 13, 2026, at the age of 54. He worked in various trades in life including automotive mechanics, carpentry, and most recently as a tow truck driver. Jeremy enjoyed the outdoors and often found peace in surrounding himself in nature. He especially loved fishing whether on his own or with his family.

Jeremy is preceded in death by his sister, Melissa Merritt and survived by his daughter, Nikita Vines; his sons, Justin Kyle Vines and Nikolas O'Neil Vines; parents, LaRue Merritt and Jean Merritt; sister, Rebecca Watkins (John); brothers, Terry Hall, and Jabe Merritt (Michelle); and three grandchildren, Jessica Vines, Jasper Oxner, and Braxtin Oxner.
