Michael David Pittman

Michael David Pittman age 37, left this life on December 9, 2012. Michael is survived by his two loving children, David and Loren Pittman,and their mother Kendra Gilmore; Father, Jerry Dale Pittman; sister, Gena Pittman Heffner(Ashley); one niece Hannah Renee Heffner; and one nephew, Reid Ashley Heffner. He was preceded in death by his mother, the late Margaret Israel Fitzgerald; his paternal grandparents, the late Mr. & Mrs. Clyde Pittman; and by his maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Carlie Israel Sr. Michael had a good heart and always had a smile on his face. He would help others anytime he could. Michael will be greatly missed by his family, including the countless cousins, aunts, and uncles as well as many very close friends who loved him dearly. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service which will be Thursday Dec. 13, at 10am in the chapel of Colonial Funeral Home in Columbia and interment will follow at Baxter-Pittman Cemetery in Foxworth, Ms. Visitation will be on Wednesday Dec. 12, 2012 at the funeral home 5pm untill 9pm.
