Services are scheduled for 11am Friday Jan. 28, 2011 in the chapel of Colonial Funeral Home in Columbia, Ms. for Mrs. Rachel Robbins Selig age 60 of Laurel, Ms. who died Jan. 24, 2011 at University Medical Center in Jackson, Ms. Interment will be in Faithway Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday 5;30--9pm at the funeral home. She and her husband Joe are co-owners of 84 West Flea Market in Laurel and she was a long-time member of Faithway Baptist Church in Columbia. She was preceded in death by her father Mr. Oscar Robbins. Survived by her husband Joseph Alan Selig of Laurel, mother Sarah Robbins of Columbia, 2 daughter Heather Hesman of Fremont, NE., Sarah McKinney of San Antonio, Tx. 2 sisters Carolyn Moree and Alavene Sanders both of Columbia, 3 brothers Alfred Robbins of Sandersville, Clyde Robbins of Poplarville, Sherman Robbins of Columbia, 3 grandchildren and many other friends and family.
