Tommie Ann Anderson

Mrs. Tommie Ann Anderson, a lifelong resident of Columbia, MS passed away peacefully on Monday, August 2, 2021 at the age of 81. She was the oldest of seven children and the sweetest, easy-going person who always had a smile and a kind word and loved being around children.

Tommie Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Truman D. Anderson; parents, Haskel H. Ham and Annie Moran Ham; sisters, Nancy Ham, Janice Golman, Diane Thrash, and Martha Ham; and a brother, Henry Swilley. She is survived by her son, Truman Dale Anderson, II (Sheri); a brother, Haskel E. Ham (Priscilla); her nieces and caregivers, Martha Tullos, and Lisa Freeman; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

A graveside service, officiated by Reverend Randy Gardner, will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Spring Cottage Cemetery, Hwy 43 S, Columbia, where friends may visit with family from 2:45 PM until service time.
