Wesley Little, of Foxworth, Mississippi, passed on to be with his parents on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. He was a lifelong resident of Marion County and a graduate of Columbia High School where he was a standout football player. He also was a regional Mixed Martial Arts fighter known as Wesley “The Pit Bull” Little. Wesley was a proud father and loving son, brother, and uncle. He was loved by all who knew him and could always be counted on to be there for his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Lonnie Little Sr.; his mother, Janelle Bauer; and a brother, Lonnie “NuNu” Little Jr. Wesley is survived by a daughter, Kyra India Little; two sons, Mason Payne Little and Aiden Kole Little; three sisters, Brandy Johnson, Donna (Ed Simmons) Little, and Velesity (Forrest) Rainwater; a brother, Chavis (Jared Blackerby) Blackerby Bauer; three nieces, Mikealynn (Jonathan) Johnson, Janelle Johnson, and Xilan Bonds; four nephews, Dexter (Brittany) Murphy, Joshua (Grace) Murphy, Teran Bonds, and Canan Bonds; and four great-nephews, Nathan, Tanner, Austin, and Bryson. There will be a visitation for Wesley on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 9:00am until 2:00pm at Colonial Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2:00pm. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Apostolic Church Cemetery assisted by Jonathan Johnson, Brad Broom, Justin Hall, Levi Sanders, Robbie Duff, Jeffrey Jefferson, Kevin Ly, Justin Pierce, and Charlton Ford serving as pallbearers.
