

Christopher Audette, 58, passed away June 10, 2025. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, he was the son to Marsha Bloom and the late Roger Audette. He was a proud United States Army Veteran earning the rank of SSG. He relished being with his ‘brothers’ in the field of the United States Military. He would frequent many VFW’s and had many conversations with fellow soldiers where he developed many bonds with them.
Aside from his military career, he was an avid outdoorsman. He would frequently take small camping trips in the woods and do some hunting and fishing, which brought him peace. Christopher was a BIG Trekker as a Star Trek fan he was. He had his favorite movie he watched 100 times over with his family, Star Trek II: The Wrath of Kahn, memorized. He was also a fan of M.A.S.H. He enjoyed his Harley Davidson and loved fast cars.
Known as Bubba by some family, Christopher is survived by his mother, Marsha Bloom; sisters, Lisa Haupfear (Kent), Kimberly Guthrie (Tom), Shellie Audette and Mae Bloom.
He was predeceased by his father, Roger Audette.
A graveside service with military honors For Christopher is scheduled for Monday, June 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Fort Jackson National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation at this link https://t2t.org/donate/. It is a foundation to help provide mortgage-free homes to fallen first responder families with young children and to help eradicate veteran homelessness.
