Doris L. McMillan

COLUMBIA- Funeral service for Mrs. Doris McMillan will be held Monday, May 19, 2014 at 12:00 noon at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St Andrews Chapel with burial to follow in Bush River Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the chapel. Doris was born October 26th, 1931 in Nashville, Georgia and passed away Friday, May 16th, 2014 in Lexington County Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.

Surviving are her son, David McMillan; daughter, Holly Miles; brothers, Vincent Luke and Henry "Tootie" Luke; 5 grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Doris retired from Target after 20+ years of service, taking on the full-time job of a loving mother, grandmother, neighbor and friend.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Donald McMillan and her son J. Donald McMillan Jr.
