Mr. McGee was a veteran of the US Navy. His pride and joy were his two dogs, Buddy and Ladybug.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene McGee; sons, Johnny Bailey (Tina) of Saluda and Tommy McGee (Danielle) of Green Bay, WI; daughter, Tiffany McGee; stepdaughters, Kathy Oliver of Greenwood and Beth Oliver (Terry Bailey) of Chappells; eight grandchildren; two step granddaughters; sister, Sharon Bower; brother, Wayne McGee and a number of nieces and nephews whom he loved.
He was predeceased by his sister, Kathy Hill and brother, Ricky McGee.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Dolorosa Worship Center, 365 Old Charleston Road, Pelion, SC. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be private at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
