Myrna Ann Brown

COLUMBIA – Funeral services for Myra Ann Helms Brown, 56, will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel with interment to follow in Bush River Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home chapel.

Mrs. Brown was born August 30, 1956 and went to be with her Lord on Sunday, February 17, 2013 between 7:30 p.m. and 8:00p.m. She was a daughter of Ken and Pat Helms of Charlotte, NC whom she loved very much. She was a wonderful wife, mother and daughter. She won the first scholarship from her church, Woodlawn Baptist and another scholarship from Presbyterian Hospital, Charlotte, NC to become a RN nurse in 1977.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Brown; daughter, Jennifer H. Gill; son, Matthew J. Gill and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins.
