Ryan W. Odell

We will miss your sweet smile, laugh, loving and kind spirit more than words can say; you were taken far too soon.

Ryan was born in Westchester County, New York to Christine Finnegan and Eugene Odell, II. He was welcomed and cherished by his parents and older brother, Devin Odell.

Ryan loved fiercely and was devoted to his family. He loved to dance, go boating, fishing and spend time outdoors. He found great peace among the trees.

Ryan could not bear to see someone treated unjustly, especially animals. He rescued his puppy "Cash", nursed her back to health and loved her so. He named her "Cash" because she was free, but needed costly medical care. He would have paid any amount to save her.

Ryan's sweet smile, blue eyes, tender heart and infectious energy filled every room he entered. Since he was a small boy, everyone he met was drawn to him.

Ryan is survived by his father, Eugene; his mother, Christine; his devoted brother, Devin; stepfather, Luis Maysonet, Jr.; grandparents, Margery Guarini, Kevin and Diane Finnegan, Joan Odell; great grandmother, Evelyn Dignam and a multitude of aunts, uncles and cousins: Melanie, Corinne, Kimberly, George-Ann, Laura, Kristene, Jamie, Donna, Lisa, Tom, Shaun, Greg, Todd, Shane, George, Nicholas, Christopher, Lauren, Kayla, Noelle, Nolan, Finnegan, Mackson, Rhyder, Kai, Raylani, Jenna, Derek, Colin, Gunnar and niece, Freya.
