Mrs. Hood was born on January 25, 1943 and was a daughter of the late Robert Montigney and Beatrice Davies Montigney. A bus driver for the Kershaw County School District, she was known for having a big heart and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Hood; daughter, Georgette Toto; son, Michael (Stacy) Hood; grandchildren, James, Amber, Ava, Desiree, and Michaela; two sisters and two brothers. Shives Funeral Home is assisting the family.
