A funeral service for Starry Ray Htoo, 86, of Columbia, will be held at 2 o’clock Friday, April 13, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Columbia, Boyce Chapel, 1306 Hampton Street, Columbia. Interment will follow in Gibson Cemetery, West Columbia. Shives Funeral Home is assisting the family.
