Steven D Taylor

WAGENER – A memorial service for Steven D. Taylor, 41, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel. The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home.

Born September 8, 1971 he had a long battle with cancer and passed away on Monday, April 15, 2013. He worked for Columbia Flooring for many years. He also did trim work and carpentry. He attended Wagener Pentecostal Church. He was loved by many friends and family, especially his black Lab, Pepper!

He leaves behind his mother, Brenda Sightler and step dad, Wade Sightler; sister, Sherri (Roger) Shealy; nieces, Heather Howard, Brittney Howard and Katelyn Sheppard; extended family, Sandy (Pete) Gunter, Melynda Sightler; nieces and nephews, Ashlyn, Austin, Amanda and Emily.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to United Hospice nurse, Butch, Hollings Cancer Center and MUSC staff. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Lodge, 269 Calhoun Street, Charleston, SC 29401.
