COLUMBIA --- A funeral service for Teresa Poole Jones, 52, will be held at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Northeast Presbyterian Church with a burial in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends graveside following the service. Dunbar Funeral Home Northeast Chapel is assisting the family. Mrs.Jones passed away Sunday April 2, 2017. Born in Columbia, She was the daughter of Allison "Sonny" Poole and Patricia Shealey. Surviving are her husband Dwayne F. Jones; daughter Darby Jones; her mother Patricia Sanders; Her sister, Pam White and brothers, Randy McKnight and Darrell Poole. She was predeceased by her father, maternal and paternal grandparents and brother-in-law, Troy White. The family wishes to thank the caregivers who assisted Teresa during her 2 year battle: Megan Sherwood Feldt, Jordan Barber, Pam White, Evan Johnson, John Barrickman, Linda Carr, Jane Coker, Patti and Bill Lozon and Christina Rinehart. Memorials can be made to either the American Lung Association or the Spring Valley High School Athletic Booster Club.
