Adam Charles West

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held today, Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 2:00pm in the Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby. 4071 Macon Rd. Columbus, Georgia. His family will visit with friends after the service to do a final cruise in his memory.

Adam Charles West was born in Columbus, Georgia on February 27, 1981. He was a graduate from Harris County High School and the owner of Chattahoochee Valley Pressure Washing. Adam was also working at Classic Customs and More. He was a car enthusiast, and the Mayor of GOAT Nation, which he formed for owners of hot rod GTO’s. Adam was a kind and giving person, if you needed it he would give you the shirt off his back. He could make anyone laugh even in their darkest times, that's just the type of spirit he had. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and especially loved him.

He leaves his mother, Shirley Sowell; sister, Mindy West; nephews, Kahlil Cody and Kingston Walker; girlfriend, Pamela Boone; his closest Aunt and Uncle, Anna and Mike Putnam; his closest cousins, Lesa, Clay, Dillon, Tiffany & Tifton Fowler and Scooter Jordan; along with his best friend that's more like his brother, Brent Dorton; his adopted brother, Earl Gibson; and a host of other relatives and friends to cherish his memory forever.
