
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 2:00 PM EST in the Edgewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby of Columbus, Georgia with Reverend William Knowles and Reverend Tony Jarry officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 until time of the service. Burial will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers will be Danny Tye, Marcus Tye, Jason McSwain, Trevor Baldwin, and Edward “Ed” Suggs.
Mrs. Baldwin was a dedicated Christian and longtime member of the United Pentecostal Church. Her life was filled with love for and from family and dear friends. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mrs. Baldwin is preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Baldwin of Phenix City, AL.
Survivors include her husband of 39 years, John E. Baldwin of Seale, AL; her children: Mary (Ed) Suggs of Headland, AL, Delores Tye of Dothan, AL, Mary Ellen Byrd of Atlanta, GA, William Henry Tye of Wichita, KS, Danny Tye of Dothan, AL, John Thomas (Connie) Baldwin of Seale, AL, Roy Curtis Baldwin of Panama City, FL, and Robert Earl Baldwin of Phenix City, AL; grandchildren: Jason McSwain (Melissa) of Kinsey, AL, Debra Tye Monday (Matt) of Dothan, AL, Kelli Tye-Carpenter (Nick) of Wichita, KS, Marcus Tye of Dothan, AL, Brook Tye of Wichita, KS, Benjamin Baldwin (Jessica) of Phenix City, AL, Jeremy Baldwin (Robbie) of Phenix City, AL, Christopher Baldwin of Phenix City, AL, Terry Cook of Dallas, TX, Trevor Baldwin of Seale, AL, and Karen Baldwin of Seale, AL; 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Mrs. Annie Jo Baldwin will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
