SGT. Anthony Michael Price was born March 26, 1981 and died May 8, 2020. Anthony spent 8 years as a Ranger in the United States Army, after completing his Bachelor of Science from IUPUI Fort Wayne. Anthony enjoyed fishing anywhere at any time, listening to and playing music, preparing amazing meals for those he loved, and restoring homes and furniture to their former glory. Anthony’s life was filled with laughter through tall tales by the camp fire, his Dad jokes that aged less gracefully than he did, and being silly with his greatest joy in life, his daughter, Isabella. Anthony taught everyone he knew that you should always show those that are important to you that you love them. Anthony’s love was most apparent during every precious moment he spent with the loves of his life, his wife, Amy, and his daughter, Isabella.
Anthony is survived by his wife, Amy Price of Columbus, Georgia; daughter, Isabella Price; parents, Elizabeth and Claude Price, Jr.; paternal grandparents, Nancy and Claude Price, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Rick and Martha Davis; brothers, Claude and wife Allie Price, and Phillip Price and fiancé Kelsey Propes; as well as three nephews and two nieces and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Anthony was a beloved husband, father, son and brother. He was also a man of many talents who always put the needs of others before his own. Anthony returned love in kind as deeply and passionately as one can. All who shared his love will forever know that he loved them. Anthony’s memory will forever live in the minds and hearts of those who love him.
