B. Ann Clary

Arrangements under the direction of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus, GA.B. Ann Clary, 82, of Columbus, GA passed away February 17, 2017 at Midtown medical Center in Columbus. The family will welcome guests for visitation Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 10:00 am in Edgewood Hall of Stiffler-Hamby; 41071 Macon Rd. Columbus, GA. Funeral service will start at 11:00 am followed by a committal service at Parkhill Cemetery with Reverend Dan Rodgers officiating.

Mrs. Clary was born January 19, 1935 in Tuscaloosa, AL to her late parents Collen and Icylo Williams Donour. She was Baptist by faith and a member of Rosewood Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa, AL. Mrs. Clary loved to spend time with her family. While she had her health, bowling was her passion, as President of The Ladies Bowling Association and Secretary of The 600 Club, would prove. In later years she would focus on Card games to keep her mind Sharp.

Along with her parents, Mrs. Clary is preceded in death by her brother and sister in-law Charles and Pat Donour, daughter in-law Linda Diann Clary and son in-law Joseph F. Bays. Those left to cherish her memory are: her loving husband of 66 years, Thomas Scercy Clary, Sr.; son, Thomas S. Clary, Jr. of Columbus, GA; daughter, Sheila Ann Bays of Noblesville, IN; grandchildren, Kenneth Frank (Pamela) Huston, Tammy Lee (Jarom) Boles, Thomas S.(Heather) Clary, III, and Meghan Leigh Clary; ten great grandchildren and 1 great-great- grandchild.
