

Bobbye Lucille Clark, age 83, of Spring Harbor in Columbus, Georgia, passed away on April 5, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Clark. She was born on October 15, 1942, in Malvern, Arkansas to the late William and Molly Lyons.
Bobbye was a kind, loving, and compassionate woman who touched the lives of all who knew her. She loved the Lord Jesus Christ and she lived a life of faith and modeled the love of Jesus. She was a devoted member of Solid Rock Assembly of God and lived her life grounded in faith, family and service to others.
She is survived by her daughters, Melony Kay Wiggins (Terry) Fortson, Georgia and Catherine Chapman (Keith) Fortson, Georgia; her son Richard Clark Jr. (Janet) High Point, North Carolina; and her brother, Charles Lyons of Walker Creek, Arkansas. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren who affectionately called her Mimi: April Satterfield (Scott) Phenix City, Alabama, Christopher Wiggins (June), Fortson, Georgia, Brent Chapman (Tina) West Point, Georgia, Stephanie Clark, High Point, North Carolina and Todd Clark, Bluffton, South Carolina and her great grandchildren: Madison Bosarge, Emily Chapman, Berkley Wiggins, and TJ Satterfield as well as her great-great grandchildren: Denver Huckaby, Aspen Huckaby and Indie Cartwright.
A visitation will be held on April 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Striffler Hamby Macon Road Chapel in Columbus, Georgia. The service will be officiated by Pastor Jay Bailey.

Bobbye will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the blessing of knowing her.
