Brenda Louise Reynolds, age 73, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2020. A family graveside Celebration of Brenda’s Life is scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2020 and will be officiated by Reverend Mike McBride.
Brenda was born March 8, 1947 in Columbus, Georgia to Eunice Barnes and John Wilbur Barnes. She was a graduate of Jordan Vocational High School, and a life-long resident of Columbus. Brenda was a member of Trinity Temple A/G, a Christian dedicated to helping others. She loved the Lord, her family and her church. Brenda taught her son by example to have Christian values, how to treat others, and to have compassion. She enjoyed laughing and telling stories to her grandchildren. She will forever be remembered as a caring, Christian grandmother, mother and daughter who loved unconditionally.
Brenda is preceded in death by her husband, Rusty Reynolds; father, John Wilbur Barnes; and mother, Eunice Barnes. She is survived by son, Manley Barnes; brother, Ronny Barnes; grandson, Cody Barnes; granddaughter, Haley Barnes; nephews, Mike Reynolds, Rick Reynolds, Brandon Barnes; and niece, Lisa Barnes.
