

Mr. Wrenn was born April 29, 1926 in Cullman, Alabama to the late Emmett and Minnie Leonard Wrenn. In addition to his parents Mr. Wrenn was preceded in death by his wife; Espie Leary Wrenn, a daughter; Linda Wrenn, and three brothers. Mr. Wrenn was retired from the United States Army and was a veteran of World War II. A resident of Columbus since 1951, he was a member of Evangel Temple, Past Master of Friendship Lodge #706 F & AM, and a member of the Rosehill Masonic Lodge #484.
He is survived by his children; Pat (Johnnie)Barfield of Phenix City, AL, Jerry Wrenn, of Columbus, GA, Melissa (Glenn)Bass of Macon, GA, and Bruce (Mary Jane)Wrenn of Phenix City, AL, sisters; Loretta Griffin of Louisiana, and Martha Galbreath of Alabama, five grandchildren; Kimberly Wrenn Reynolds, Tonya Wrenn (Mark)Henderson, Erik Lee (Casey) Wrenn, Colby Charles Wrenn, and Jay (Michelle) Hayward, four great-grandchildren; Corie Jake Reynolds, Amberlee York, Jaxon Gage Wrenn, and Hudson Lee Wrenn, and one great-great grandson; Jordon York, caregivers; Posey, Neat, and Gracie.
Funeral services are 1:00 pm, Friday, January 6, 2017 in Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby 4071 Macon Road Columbus, GA.
Visitation will be from 5-7pm, on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Evangel Temple, in memory of Clyde C. Wrenn.
