Dawn Marie Papenfuss

Memorial services will be held at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 1:00 PM. Inurnment will follow at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.

Mrs. Papenfuss was born on June 10, 1964 to Gary Miller and Amelia Sauerwein Medeck in Wichita County, TX. She was of the Catholic faith and a decorated veteran of the United States Army. Mrs. Papenfuss worked for the Muscogee County School District Bus Shop. She was preceded in death by a brother, Todd Miller. Survivors include her husband, Tim Papenfuss of Columbus; her mother and step-father, Amy and Otto Medeck of Palm Coast, FL; her father and step-mother, Gary and Lynn Miller of Vero Beach, FL and a maternal grandmother, Amelia Sauerwein of Pine Mountain.
