Elaine Phillips Mann

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 55 years, William Ellis Mann, Jr., her son William Christopher Mann and her sisters Margaret Ratliff, Christine Lisle, Lillian Fryer and Gloria Culpepper.

She is survived by her son Troy Philip Mann (Thomas Bowden) as well as beloved nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Edgewood Hall, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA 31907 on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 11:00AM. Rev. Wallace Ratliff officiating service. Family will visit with friends an hour prior. Burial will take place privately at Bussey Family Cemetery in Talbotton, GA.
