Jo Ann Ferguson

She was born on July 27, 1950 in Albany, Georgia to the late Betty Jo Hullett Hubbard and Charles Lamar Hubbard, Sr. Jo Ann was a loving and devoted wife to Earl Ferguson, the love of her life. She was an avid reader, enjoyed traveling, shopping and spend time with her family. Jo Ann was Christian by faith and a member of Glenn Anthony Baptist Church of Columbus.

Jo Ann is survived by her husband, Earl Ferguson; son Earl Scott Ferguson; sister, Janet (Steve) Priester; brothers, Charles L. (Jennifer) Hubbard, Jr. and Robert W. (Sherry) Hubbard; and brother-in-law, Ron (Tammy) Ferguson; and numerous other family members.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday September 8, 2021 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus, Georgia. A graveside service will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 4400 St. Mary’s Road, Columbus, Georgia at 1:00 PM Thursday, September 9th 2021 with Reverend James Morton and Reverend Hank Reeves officiating.
