Funeral mass will be 10:00 am, Saturday, April 2, 2011 at St. Anne's Catholic Church with Father Gerard Schreck officiating, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary 4071 Macon Road. Visitation for Mr. Baron will be from 6-8 pm, Thursday, March 31, 2011 at the funeral home. A Rosary will be held at 6:00 pm, on Friday, April 1, 2011 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary.
Mr. Baron was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Jose R. Baron, Sr. Survivors include his mother, Josefina R. Martin and her husband Thomas, two brothers, Dr. Carlos Baron and his wife Amy, and Joern R. Baron, one sister, Alda Lucia B. Ellis and her husband Danny, nephews, Carlos "C.J." Baron, Joseph G. Baron and Philip Baron Ellis, one niece, Lauren Christina Ellis and a sister-in-law, Dr. Jocelyn Galang-Ray.
