Larry Frederick Wagner, 83, of Cusseta, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 2:30 PM EST at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery, 553 AL-165, Fort Mitchell, AL 36856 with full military honors.
Larry was born on June 9, 1942, in Michigan to Elizabeth and Frederick Wagner. He spent 20 years serving his country in the United States Army as well as serving in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed spending his time deer hunting even up to a few weeks before his passing. He will be remembered for the love he had for his family and was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Lonita M. Wagner; his son, Terry L. Wagner (Joyce); 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his two children, Larry F. Wagner Jr. and Laura Lee Wagner.
