Lois Ellen Roberts Johnson

Lois R. Johnson died peacefully in the comfort of her home on June 4th 2017 in Phenix City, AL at the age of 92. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Parkhill Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Tuesday June 6, 2017, from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm.

Lois is survived by her three sons; Steve Johnson and his wife Gail; Chris Johnson and his wife Debbie; Tim Johnson and his wife Debbie Sue. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Lois was born on February 14th 1925 in Columbus, GA. to Franklin and Lorettie Roberts. She married her loving husband Joel Johnson on June 10th 1949 and spent 64 wonderful years with him. Lois loved to travel and see the world with her husband and friends. Lois cherished watching her boys grow into the men they have become and the families they’ve made. She was a member of the Eastern Star of the Shrine Club. Lois was also a remarkable and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her family loved her dearly and is left with many wonderful memories to carry on with them. Lois is now joined with her husband who she has missed so dearly.
