Louise "Weezie" Hall Hensley

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, on Friday, April 29, 2016 in Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby 4071 Macon Road Columbus, GA. Pastor Roderick Hargraves will officiate, entombment will follow in the Chapel of the Pines Mausoleum at Parkhill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5-7 pm, on Thursday, April 28, 2016 in the St. Elmo room of Striffler-Hamby.

Ms. Hensley was born on December 20, 1948 in Ft. Jackson, SC. She was preceded in death by her father, William Clifford Hall. She was retired from Canterbury Health Facility, after 20 plus years of service.

Survivors include her mother: Nedith V. Cox Hall, two daughters: Sandra Hensley Lucas and her husband Scott, and Carolyn Hensley Hargraves and her husband Rod, three sisters: Shirley Hall Huskins and her husband Eddie, Barbara Hall Yankey, and Pamela Hall Litch, grandchildren: Toni Voncrisha Dixon, Michaela Cooperider, Summer Hargraves, John Kyle Hargraves, and Lauren Ashley Hargraves, great-grandchildren: Jasmine Dixon, Rebekah Dixon, and Jakob Dixon. Also Ms. Hensley’s longtime companion, Ramon Perez.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Columbus Hospice for their sincere compassion in their mother’s care.
