Michael was a loving son, brother, father, husband and friend. He loved his family, especially his children, wife, and dogs. Michael was a hard worker who provided for his family.
He was born and raised in Columbus and graduated from Kendrick High in 1999. Michael was a certified HVAC technician and was self-employed. He was married to his wife Rachell Stephens in 2008. Michael attended Edgewood Assembly of God. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His kind, caring and loving self will be greatly missed by all who knew and especially loved him.
He leaves his loving memory to be cherished by his children: Myke’l Hill, Jaylyn Stephens, and Jaxon Stephens; his wife Rachell Stephens; his parents Wanda and Wayne Stephens; his sister, Michelle Young; his brother-in-law David Young; his niece Sierra Hipp; and Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents: Inez and Eugene Howard and Clora and John Stephens.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Edgewood Assembly of God, 2020 Morris Rd, Columbus, Georgia 31907.
