Mortain Hoyt Bragg

Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm, Wednesday, July 6, 2011 in the chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary 4071 Macon Road Columbus, with Reverend Paul Buckhister officiating. Burial will follow in parkhill cemetery. Visitation for Mr. Bragg will be from 6-7:30pm, Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at the funeral home.

Other than his parents Mr. Bragg is preceded in death by a son, Gerald G. Bragg, two sisters, Elpaso Lambert and Brunell Beeson, and three brothers, Wilson, Ralph and Clayton Bragg.

Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Edna Bragg, one son, James Hoyt Bragg, Sr., one brother, James Bragg of Centerville, TN., one sister, Lillian Pollard, two grandsons, James Hoyt Bragg, Jr., and Timothy Bragg, two granddaughters, Julie Stephens and her husband Barry, Dawn Michelle Dacey and her husband Mike, great-grandchildren, Bret and Cody Rayburn, Ashley, Paige and Dylan Bragg, Cameron, Christian, and Cali Dacey.
