Obie Nolan Frost

Nolan was born on November 20, 1934 in Columbus, Georgia to the late Dora Selma Powell Frost and William Taft Frost. He was an electrician by trade working for many years with IBEW #779. Nolan was also a member of the Midland Masonic Lodge 144. He was married to the late Virginia Frost, his first wife. Nolan was also married to the late Jean Gainey Frost. He loved spending time with his family.

Nolan leaves his loving memory to be cherished by his daughter, Vicki Frost Horne, son Richard Frost (deceased); his stepsons: Randell Foster, Greg Foster (Dana); his grandchildren: Clayton Horne, Mandi Horne, Laurie Skibbe (Ryan), and Bailey McCammon; his sisters, Louise Frost Moats of Anniston, Al and Pam Frost Goff of Mooreville, MS and brother Jackie Frost (Kay), Billy Gene Frost (deceased), Tommy Ronald Frost (deceased) sister-in-law, Juvelle Frost; his great-grandchildren, Harmony and Harper and numerous other family members.

Visitation for Nolan will be on Monday, April 28, 2025 from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM in the St. Elmo Room of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA 31907. A Graveside Service will follow in Parkhill Cemetery at 2:00 PM with Reverend Dr. Buddy Cooper officiating.
