Patricia Lynn Wheeler

Trish was loved by many friends and family. She was a labor and delivery nurse for years and helped bring countless children into the world. As a proud military spouse she traveled the world with her husband and children. She loved music, glitter and the Georgia Bulldogs. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she loved being their Dinky more than anything else in this world. She is preceded in death by her father Narvie Nowling Jr., and sister Cynthia Culpepper.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Mickey Wheeler, daughters Amanda Paxton (Kyle) and Tashina Patrick, mother Shirley Nowling all of Columbus, GA, brother Narvie D. Nowling (Heidi) and sister Lisa Hamilton (Jackie) of Harris County, GA , her two pups BJ and Chica and numerous other family members. Her laugh, heart and love with be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Family will visit with friends on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby, Columbus, GA. A celebration of her life will be held Friday, June 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM in Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby. A committal service will follow to Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.
