Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Glenn Anthony Baptist Church with Reverend Hank Reeves officiating according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road Columbus, GA 31907. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends this evening from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. Coker was born March 14, 1955 in Columbus, GA, daughter of Bobbie Abernathy Boone and the late Ralph Lamar Boone. She retired as the Clerk of Superior Court in Muscogee County. Mrs. Coker loved reading, surfing the internet and spending time with her granddaughter, Emmy. She was also a faithful member of Glenn Anthony Baptist Church.

Survivors include her loving husband of 23 years, Rick Coker of Columbus, GA; two daughters, April Dale and her husband, David of Smith Station, AL, and Kaleigh Coker of Columbus, GA; two sons, Stephen Coker and Jon Coker both of Columbus, GA; mother, Bobbie Boone of Columbus, GA; two sisters, Linda Greer and Tammy Tate, both of Columbus, GA; one brother, Ralph Boone of Columbus, GA; three grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
