Robert Jack Hatcher

Robert Jack Hatcher, age 75, of Columbus, GA died on October 5, 2021. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Evergreen Memorial Park, 4500 St. Mary's Rd., Columbus, GA. Robert was born on February 20, 1946 in Jackson County, Florida; the son of Ernest Hatcher and Thelma Brock Hatcher. Robert worked at the Swift and Bibb Mills as a Machine Maintenance Technician. Robert was a loving and caring guy that always greeted you with a smile and was willing to help anyone. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, doing construction and home repair. He enjoyed spending time together, he fondly remembered the time he spent with his father and brother reminiscing and telling fishing stories. He is preceded in death by: his wife, Addie Pearl Hatcher; son, Jessie Wayne Hatcher, sister, Shirley Kilpatrick, brother, Charles Hatcher. Robert is survived by: son, Robert Hatcher; daughter, JP Tyler Lemay, grandson, Ryan Hatcher; granddaughter, Taylor Hatcher; granddaughter, Mandy Reed; granddaughter, Chloe Lemay; Daughter-in-law, Terry Hatcher; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
