Robert Lee Tant Jr., 60, of Moreland, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907.
Robert was born on October 12, 1965, in Atlanta, Georgia to Beverly and Robert Tant Sr. A simple man, he loved learning about history, shooting his guns and confederate models.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Tant Sr. He is survived by his wife, Peggy L. Tant; his stepson, Edward D. Monsewicz Jr. and Justin L. Monsewicz and his mother, Beverly A Tant-Gordy (Allen).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any Military organization.
