He was born in Columbus, Georgia on May 21, 1971 to Elaine Blankenship French and Wayne Martin French. Stephen was married to Amy Settles. He was Christian by faith and a member of Britt David Baptist Church. Stephen was employed for the past 20 years at TYSY as a computer programmer. He was dedicated to protecting and providing for his family. His hobbies included working with computers, electronics, and playing the guitar. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and uncle who will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
He leaves his loving memory to be cherished by his wife Amy Settles French; his sons: Carson Benjamin French and Connor Stephen French; his mother Elaine Blankenship French; his sister Connie Kennedy Danford (Gregory); his brothers: Robert Lloyd Kennedy (Jenifer) and Michael French (Bonnie); and several nieces and nephews. Stephen was preceded in death by his father Wayne Martin French.
A graveside funeral service to celebrate his life will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 1:00 PM in Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Rd Columbus, Georgia 31907.
