Susan N. Tucker, age 71, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2020. A Private Graveside Celebration of Susan's life will be held Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907.
Susan was born February 5, 1949 in Columbus, Georgia to Ruby Lee Hill Norwood and Aubrey Jackson Norwood. She was a dedicated Christian and member of Rose Hill Baptist Church. Susan loved the Lord and her family. She taught her children by example to; enjoy life, be caring, loving and independent. She attended the University of Georgia and was an avid Dawgs and Braves fan. Susan also loved her fur babies, Crazy and Bell. They made her laugh and kept her amused. Susan will always be remembered as a wonderful, fun loving, Christian Mom and Grandmother.
Susan’s father Aubrey Jackson Norwood and mother Ruby Lee Hill Norwood; brother-in-law Bill Brown and brother-in-law Bobby Walls preceded her in death. She is survived by her son Dr. Matt Tucker; daughter-in-law Allison Tucker; and daughter Wendy Bozzelli; sisters Brenda Brown and Carol Walls; Grandchildren Richey Riviere, Carter Bozzelli, Mallory Tucker and Jackson Tucker; nieces; nephews; cousins; other family members and many friends to cherish her memory.
