Cung Tran

He was born September 19, 1936 in Vietnam to Ngon Tran and Ky Thi Mai Tran. They preceded him in death.

Mr. Tran was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lieu Thi Tran of Columbus; children, Loan Anh Vu (Michael) of Columbus, Lien Ly (Co) of El Monte, CA, Chuc Tran (Hai) of Melbourne, FL, Tan Tran (Tuyet) of Columbus, Yen Nguyen (Dung) of Ft. Wayne, IN, and Xuan Tran (Jillian) of Columbus; grandchildren, Kim, Dolly, Minh, Huy, Khai, Trina, Danielle, Lindsay, Bobby, Meghan, Thomas, Sarah, Kenny, Stacey, Sabrina, Kaden, and Tai; great-grandchildren, Clara, Liam, and Aaron; and sister, Binh Thi Nguyen.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 1, 2023 at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church. Rev. Clement T. Davis and Rev. Minh Q. Duong as celebrants. Inurnment will be at a later date at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 – 8 PM Thursday at Myers-Reed Chapel. Additional visitation will be one hour prior to mass Friday at church.
