Marie Louise Suhre Weber

Mrs. Weber was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Christian Fellowship Society and Tri Kappa Sorority. She enjoyed playing bridge and golf and was a former longtime member of Harrison Lake Country Club.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hathaway-Myers Chapel, 1022 Pearl St., with Pastor Mark R. Teike officiating. Calling will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday and from 9:30 a.m. Monday until service time. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church.

Born Feb. 17, 1919, in Columbus, Mrs. Weber was the daughter of Fred and Sophia Burbrink Suhre. She married K. Robert Weber Aug. 30, 1941, in Columbus.

Survivors include daughters, Gilda (Joe) Wettschurack, Jayne Hege and Susan (Steve) Mudge, all of Columbus; grandchildren, Kelly (Matt) Hubbard of Indianapolis, Kevin (Brooke) Wettschurack of Columbus, George Hege of Columbus, Stacy (Trey) Tapke of Covington, KY, and Stephanie Mudge of Clifford; great-grandchildren, Hayden and Olivia Hubbard of Indianapolis, Emma and Ally Wettschurack of Columbus, Elias Hege of Columbus, Richard Theodore Tapke of Covington, KY, and Hailey and Kaden Mudge of Clifford.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on Feb. 12, 1999; and a brother, Albert Suhre.
