Marla Jean Woodruff Marla Jean Woodruff, 63, of Columbus, died October 8, 2016 at Columbus Regional Hospital. Marla earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Ball State University. She also earned two degrees in computer studies from Ivy Tech. She was also a member of the VFW Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas F. and Jean E. (Simmons) Woodruff. She is survived by several cousins. Graveside service will be held 2:00pm Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Garland Brook Cemetery with Rev. Virgil Clotfelter officiating.
