Her first husband, Otis Day, and second husband, Harlan Scheidt preceded her in death.
She was a former beautician and member of Grace Lutheran Church. She was also employed by Kroger until retirement. Estelle was a very kind, loving soul and never met a stranger. She loved her family very much and would do anything for them.
She is survived by a son, David (Tracey) Day; and a daughter, Lana Jo (Bill) Sullivan; brothers, Carl (Carol) Banks, Tony (Kathy) Banks, and Jack (Wendi) Banks; grandchildren, Amy (Frank) Beck, Loren (Brandy) Day, Mitchel Day, and Shawn Sullivan; 11 great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul (Babe) Brashears and Harland Banks; and three sisters, Bessie (Farmer) Amburgey, Ruby Brashears, and Inez (Hubert) Hogg.
A Private Funeral Service for Estelle will be held at Myers-Reed Chapel and she will be laid to rest at Garland Brook Cemetery. The Funeral Service will be live streamed from the Funeral Home's Facebook page (Myers-Reed Dignity Memorial Chapel) on Monday, May 18 at 2 p.m.
We would like to thank all of her caregivers of Columbus Transitional Care, especially Doug who she said she was going to marry someday.
