He was born November 18, 1949 in Columbus the son of George Wesley and Florence Kathryn Booker Starks. He worked 32 years in concrete construction.
Mr. Starks is survived by children, Regina Starks-Fulkerson of Columbus; David (Jenny) Hert of Columbus, Norman A. Starks, Jr. of Columbus and Tonya Roach of Cynthaniana, Kentucky; 4 sisters; 1 brother; 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Mary Louise Jessie Starks; daughter, Pamela Gilbertson; 1 brother.
Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Friday Hathaway~Myers Chapel on Pearl Street. Rev. Robert Thompson will officiate. Calling from Noon to service time Friday. Cremation will follow the service with inurnment in Garland Brook Cemetery.
