A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at his home. In keeping with Ralph’s wishes, cremation is planned.
Arrangements were made by Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice of charities.
Mr. Starks is survived by his wife, Nancy Starks; daughters, Charmese Wilson of Fort Wayne and Nicole Hillen of Columbus; son, Jeffrey Starks of Cedarburg, Wis.; and a sister, Laura (Charles) Martin of Indianapolis.
