

He was born August 13, 1922 in Davenport, Iowa, the son of William J. and Mabel Rickoff Wuestenfeld. He married Beulah "Boo" VanCamp on November 17, 1944 in West Lafayette.
He was a chemical engineer with Exxon Oil. He attended Fairlawn Presbyterian Church and Four Seasons Chapel. He was a member of St. John's Lodge #20 and Baton Rouge Lodge #372, F. & A.M. Scottish Rite and Shrine, High Twelve Club, Columbus Area Model Railroad Club and Columbus Rotary.
He is survived by his wife, of Columbus; a son, William M. (Karen S.) Wuestenfeld of Anchorage, Alaska; a daughter, Pamela J. (Michael) Sebrey of Anchorage, Alaska; and grandchildren, Whayne Sebrey of Ft Wainwright, Alaska, Katherine Elizabeth (Clint Hammer) Wuestenfeld, of Warner Robbins, Ga., and Matthew W. Wuestenfeld of Anchorage, Alaska.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Marian Killam.
Memorial services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 13, 2012, at Four Seasons Retirement Center Chapel. The Rev. Phyllis Hawkins and the Rev. Anne C.S. Marshall will officiate. Arrangements were made by Hathaway-Myers Chapel.
Calling will be from 9 a.m. until service time Monday at Four Seasons.
A private inurnment will take place in Anchorage, Alaska.
Memorial contributions may be made to Columbus Sans Souci or John Lloyd VanCamp Arboretum at Purdue University.
