

Anna Garner, 90, of Circleville, passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at her residence. She was born April 5, 1922 in Vienna, Austria, the daughter of the late Otto Wilhelm and Pauline (Czerny) Gebert. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Paula Gebert. Anna was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and had been active in Sunday School and Bible Study. She enjoyed playing the piano, doing arts and crafts and was known for her beautiful flower garden. She and her husband traveled to many countries around the world. Anna is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Robert “Bob” Garner, Sr. of Circleville; twin sons, Mike (Koy) Garner of Canal Winchester and Bob (Pam) Garner, Jr. of Kingston; grandchildren, Jordan and Jessica Garner and Krista and Brandon Garner.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 15, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Circleville with Fr. Ted Machnik officiating. Burial will be in Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 P.M. Friday at Defenbaugh-Wise-Schoedinger Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Berger Hospice, 1170 N.
