Anne Louise Ports

Anne Louise Ports, age 93, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2017. She was born on January 31, 1924 in Youngstown, Ohio to the late Theodore and Eileen Obendorfer. The center of her life was her family. She was an excellent wife, mother and grandmother and a dear friend to many. She loved sharing stories about her beloved husband, her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was extremely proud of each and every one of them and loved talking about them even if it would make others jealous, as theirs could never be as good! Anne Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Earl Ports. She is survived by her son Dr. Thomas Ports and his wife Dr. Catherine Covey of San Francisco, California; her son Dr. Michael Ports and his wife Patricia of Westerville, Ohio; and her daughter Patricia Cirigliano and her husband James of Powell, Ohio; her 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all. A private memorial service was held for the family in her honor.
