Bentley was born October 6, 1988 in Newark, Ohio to Bentley J. Malcolm of Newark and Kacy R. (White) Malcolm of Newark.
Bentley was employed with Debra’s Pizza as a delivery driver. He enjoyed listening to music and spending time with his family, especially his daughter.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter, Kimberlynne L. White of Newark; friend and mother of his daughter, Amanda R. White of Newark; sister, Amber P. (William) Wagstaff of Thornville; aunts, uncles, one niece and two nephews; and adopted grandma, Olive Boggs of Gambier.
A private family gathering will be held.
